What is the difference between a sign and a birth chart?
Your sign is where the Sun was when you were born. A birth chart adds the Moon, the rising sign, the other nine planets, the houses and the aspects: a map of the sky unique to you.
Why do you need my birth time?
The rising sign changes roughly every two hours. Without the time, planet positions stay accurate, but there is no rising sign or houses.
