1. Purpose

These terms set out how the site and its free services are made available to you. Purchases are also governed by the terms of sale.

2. Access

The site is free to access for anyone with an internet connection; connection costs are yours. The publisher strives to keep the site available but cannot guarantee it: interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or external causes.

3. Free services

The site offers daily, weekly, monthly and yearly horoscopes, daily horoscopes by theme (love, money, work, luck, mood, family, friendship, wellbeing), a free birth chart, a rising sign calculator, compatibility analyses, a Chinese horoscope, numerology tools, a panchang, Vedic compatibility (kundli matching), a moon calendar and an astrology encyclopedia.

Astronomical calculations rely on recognised ephemerides (accuracy of about one arcminute). Their accuracy depends on the data you enter, especially birth time and place.

4. User account

Creating an account is free and works by sending a sign-in link to your email address, with no password. You must be at least 15 to create an account. Purchases are reserved for adults or minors authorised by their legal guardian.

You agree to use a valid email address that only you use, and not to share your sign-in links.

You can download your data or delete your account at any time from “My account”.

The publisher may suspend or delete an account for serious breach of these terms after informing you, except in an emergency or where required by law.

5. Nature of astrological content

Astrology is not an experimental science. Content is provided for entertainment and personal development and never replaces the advice of a doctor, psychologist, lawyer, financial adviser or other professional.

6. AI-generated content

In line with the transparency requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, you are informed that horoscope texts, articles and readings are written with the assistance of an AI system, based on exact astronomical calculations and under editorial rules set by the publisher (no medical, legal or financial predictions, no fatalism).

Despite these precautions, a text may contain an inaccuracy. Please report it to the contact address and it will be corrected.

7. Prohibited conduct

In particular, you may not: systematically or automatically extract the site’s content or databases; deliberately overload the calculation tools; bypass technical measures or access other people’s accounts; enter data about a third party without their consent; resell or redistribute site content without permission.

8. Intellectual property

You have a personal, non-commercial right to use the content and the readings you buy. You may print them and share them privately.

9. Liability

The publisher uses reasonable means to provide accurate information and a secure site. It is not liable for use of the content contrary to its nature (section 5), inaccurate birth data, interruptions beyond its control or indirect damage.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you hold under mandatory consumer protection law.
