Terms of sale

1. Acceptance and applicable version

Before ordering, the Customer reads and accepts these terms by ticking the box provided. The terms in force on the date of the order apply. They are available at the bottom of every page and can be saved or printed.

2. Products and services

Natal chart: a personal analysis of the Customer’s birth chart (Sun, Moon, rising sign, ten planets in signs and houses, major aspects, element balance), calculated from their date, time and place of birth and written to their first name.

Natal chart + 12 months: the natal chart plus a month-by-month forecast for the twelve months following the order.

Couple reading: a comparison of two people’s charts (cross-aspects, compatibility score, advice). The Customer warrants that they have the second person’s consent to use their birth data.

“Personal horoscope” subscription (monthly or yearly): unlimited access, in “My account”, to a daily horoscope calculated from the day’s transits to the Customer’s birth chart, with a daily email.

These are digital content and services supplied without a tangible medium. Their main characteristics are shown on the order page. They are written with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on exact astronomical calculations, and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection (see section 10).

3. Prices

Prices are shown on the order page in the currency matching the selected language. Prices in force for this version:

The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed. For the subscription, any increase is notified by email at least thirty days in advance, and the Customer may cancel free of charge before it applies.

4. Ordering

The Customer chooses an offer, enters the required birth details (first name, date, time if known, city) and email address, accepts these terms, makes the request for immediate performance described in section 7, and is redirected to the secure payment page.

Gift reading: the Customer may give a reading by ticking “It’s a gift”, then enters the recipient’s birth details and email address and an optional message. The Customer warrants that the recipient has agreed to the use of their data. The reading is sent to the recipient by email; the Customer remains the sole contracting party and receives the order confirmation. As the reading is supplied immediately, the waiver of the right of withdrawal in section 7 applies.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. A summary is sent by email.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data entered. If an error is reported within seven days, the Seller regenerates the reading with the corrected data free of charge.

5. Payment

Payment is made by card or any other method offered by Stripe, with strong authentication (3-D Secure) where applicable. The Seller never has access to the Customer’s full card details. One-off purchases are charged at the time of order. The subscription is charged on sign-up and then at each renewal date (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan) until cancelled. Invoices are available on request and through the payment receipts sent by email.

6. Delivery

Readings are delivered online immediately after payment, usually within two minutes, on the confirmation page. An access link is emailed and the reading remains available in “My account”; it can be saved as a PDF. The subscription is active as soon as payment is confirmed. If content is not supplied, the Seller supplies it without delay or refunds the Customer in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

In principle, the Customer has fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

However, under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the Customer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.

When ordering, the Customer expressly requests immediate access to the reading and expressly waives the right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided; this request and waiver are confirmed by email on a durable medium. For the subscription, the Customer likewise requests that the service start immediately and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal for the current period.

If the content has not yet been supplied for any reason, the Customer may withdraw by sending the form in the annex or any unambiguous statement to the contact address. The Seller then refunds all sums paid within fourteen days, using the same payment method.

8. Subscription: term and cancellation

Monthly plan: the subscription runs for an indefinite period, in monthly periods.

Yearly plan: the subscription runs for one year and renews tacitly for one-year periods. In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller informs the Customer by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the current period, of the option not to renew. Without this notice, the Customer may terminate the contract free of charge at any time from the renewal date, and amounts paid after that date for the unexpired period are refunded.

The Customer may cancel at any time online in a few clicks from “My account” > “Manage my subscription” (article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid, period (month or year), with no pro-rata refund subject to the previous paragraph, and no cancellation fee. Deleting the account cancels the subscription immediately.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

The Seller must supply digital content in conformity with the contract and is liable for lack of conformity under articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code: for two years from supply for a one-off reading, and throughout the supply period for the subscription. The Customer may obtain conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or termination with refund, and does not have to prove that the lack of conformity existed at the time of supply during the guarantee period.

10. Nature of the content and liability

Readings and horoscopes are intended for entertainment and personal development and are not a diagnosis or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The Seller has a best-efforts obligation regarding writing quality and an obligation of result regarding the accuracy of astronomical calculations from the data provided. It does not guarantee that any event will occur. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Customer’s rights under mandatory consumer law.

11. Customer service and complaints

12. Consumer mediation

Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably, after a written complaint to the Seller has remained unresolved for up to two months.

The Customer may also bring the matter before the competent courts.

13. Personal data

Data required for the order is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in another EU member state retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
